1999 Dodge RAM 2500 Needs ECM Repair

I am currently working on a 1999 RAM 2500 with a dumb wait to start light and intermittent low engine power.

Sometimes the truck will not start until the key is turned off and then back on again.

I have checked and cleaned all ground connections on the truck, and still, the light only comes on whenever it feels like and sometimes never comes on after warming up.

I think the ECM has been fried and am currently searching for an excellent place to send it to have it repaired; any suggestions are much appreciated.

I called circuit board medics today, and their customer service was very friendly and personable.

Still, unfortunately, the guy told me they only do 2003 and newer Dodge ECM repair; a local diesel shop told me to try the flagship one as they have had good luck with them.

Still, their Google reviews have me skeptical about reading nothing but horror stories.

Yikes!
