Usually if you make your own it's on the computer isn't it? If I were you, don't self adjust little things with the programmer and unless you know what you're doing. But I don't have much experience with quadzilla. Someone must have experience?

Gee let's start a Quadzilla Club

    I have the V2 in my 03

You need a editing program to change the parameters. But the V2 has some stuff in it.

Maybe you guys know th answer to this.

In the customizing tuning section, there is a timing setting.

Any idea how that works and exactly what it does? I've been going back and forth with the factory. The tech down there is pretty sharp.

Go to the menu and you will find the custom tuning option. In the custom tuning menu you can adjust many different parameters. When you are done making changes, make sure to save under either tune 1 or tune 2. Then you can go back to the custom tuning menu and load your new tune

i used to have pulse 4k in my cummins before i went to the edge, tuning can be a pain but from what i was told by jermey is if you have an aftermarket injection pump and not loads of fueling turn the timing down some. i was running 4 on my timming and loved it when i had the timing up around 8 it got better fuel milage but pullign racing etc i would get popping. but i used to run 20 low 100 hi on those setting and with the 4k pump stretch was 6000. timing was 4 boost scaling was 20. but i tow a lot and i found the programmer a pain to tow with plus edge is just smoother, but nothing is more responsive then a turned adrenalin!

That part i understand. But what tune are you programming? The one you have already engaged? Or is that a stock tune you are modifying???

You are modifying whatever tune you have loaded in the factory tune position
