The codes you are seeing may help identify it, but basically, you will need to find where it plugs in.
It has to be somewhere within reach of the wire.

There are no updates as it’s not that easy to find, or I would not have posted on here.
I was hoping for a picture reference as mine was wrapped in the wire loom the OBD wires were in.
I’ll find a truck on a car lot to reference.
If you can’t find the other end, maybe it was an extra spare plug for an accessory that your truck model doesn’t have and that’s why it was wrapped up in tape?
Just throwing some ideas out.
