    Stumped! Any Suggestions Would Help

I'm running into an issue after doing the 2nd Gen swap and a revised tune.

It almost feels like a fuel cut which I did get a relief valve activated two times.

I bought a rail plug and have never come back, but did a data log was told my CP3 was getting weak, purchased with what I could afford II, and new injectors.

    Did another data log.

Again, I was told you are losing the FRP sensor connection.

Purchased a new one as well with a new connector, same thing.

FRP gets to about 25k with no issues but with easy throttle.

If I floor it from a standstill, it will buck left and right.

Even on level 2 on the CSP5 SOTF switch.

Could this be a noob mistake on my behalf or just a tune issue?

No hard starts, no blue smoke, and very light black smoke 100% TP which i find very strange.

New connector tubes, CP3, lift pump, studs, hg, S464 kit all of this went in together, all torqued to specs

Sounds like a tuning issue IMO.

Update: Switched to a different tuner\tunes, complete different truck hands down.

Throttle response, mpg, sound, flat out couldn't be happier.

Now to the bigger question, the trans.

I have the slightest idea what I'm making for power, but stay with 68RFE or swap her out.

Go with Revmax for a built trans?

I would love to hear some feedback on the purchased experience or be in the same boat?

RevMax is top-notch with the 68RFEs.

For a solid build like yours, they build their 68 to last and be driven daily or hard as needed.

It is crucial to build it for a bit above your actual power output.

Too often, folks buy at the power level or even below and then get upset when it breaks.

I'd be glad to get some pricing over to you if you're interested.

If you are shipping out of TX, we can save you tax which on something like this is a chunk of $$.

Let me know how I can help.

I live in Oregon so we are the few states that don't have a sales tax.

    Military discounts?

I have a local shop not too far away that quoted me 6800. It looked to be similar to the 700 series revmax.

But yes, i would like to see what you could do for pricing. I am still a bit out from getting a trans.

Mines stock and just keep it in tow lvl.

Thanks, Texneck, I hit it good 2 times in lvl 6 and i know for a fact it won't make it very long with my heavy foot.
