Thread: 2019 RAM Retune Issues - CP4 To CP3

    Question 2019 RAM Retune Issues - CP4 To CP3

Today, I swapped out the CP4 for the CP3 and had to retune the truck for the CP3.

After the retune, I lost my backup camera, heated seats, and SiriusXM radio.

Has anyone had any issues like that or point me in the right direction what I need to do to fix it!

Hopefully, someone will have a fix for you.

I would make sure your batteries are fully charged, return to stock and try that flash again.

If all else fails, I would contact your tuner for advice.

    Please keep us posted.

    So weird.

I did mine and retuned with no problem.

I have read other guys having these radio issues; they said to disconnect your negative battery post overnight and put it back in the morning.

Something along the lines of a soft reset for the system/radio.

You might wanna google search about our 12" radios having issues.
