Looking at the Fleece Cheetah and one question is how does the E-Brake work on yours?

    There are several options.

If you would like to keep your exhaust brake, you could go with a direct fit replacement like Fleece Cheetah, or you could do a 2nd or 3rd Generation swap where you would need to replace your exhaust manifold make other modifications.

@DDP can advise on your best option for your situation and price the parts.

    Please keep us posted.

Exhaust brake works just like stock with the Cheetah fleece.

    Sounds a little better too.

Always have the option of replacing the actuator, the nozzles, and the unison ring.

    It's not a horrible job.

I looked at the cheetah but opted for a 2nd Gen swap.

So I didn't do anything fancy, just went with the reman of the same turbo.

I ordered a new front wheel bearing and your joints.

I still need to pull the turbo off and do trans oil, oil, and fuel filter.

I did the same thing and didn't regret it.

Less complexity and the turbo should last a very long time if cared for properly.

EGT's dropped about 150 degrees too.

So, I got the turbo removed, which was a pain in the arse, waiting for the new one.

I installed the new u-joints on the front axles but have yet to install them.

I was going to wait till the shocks came in and install those first.

Did an oil change, transmission oil, filter change.

    New crankcase filter.

    Re: Turbo Trouble?

What a stupid *** oil return on the turbo!!!!!!

So installed front shocks, turbo with connections minus the air box, installed the shafts with new u-joint and wheel bearing hubs, brake calipers.

It got dark, so probably another couple of hours tomorrow.

    My body is wrecked.

Okay, so you have replaced the turbo and actuator. You did find the old turbo vanes were stuck.

I have attached information on each of your codes that you clear and then return.

As you can see, three of them point to the turbo and actuator.

I am concerned about the P0471 code; with your 2012 model, you need to have the exhaust pressure sensor plugged in and working.

I wonder if perhaps the ECM thinks the exhaust is plugged, resulting in the other codes.

I would inspect the pressure sensor wires and clean the tube and sensor passage next.
