Sweet, thank you.
Sweet, thank you.
Yes, I will be reimbursed for the total amount I paid for the kit.
After I called, they sent me an email asking for proof of purchase and payment.
That was it.
Kyle
We have had several successfully pay upfront and provide the proof of purchase/installation to FCA for full reimbursement.
My understanding is some people had resistance/push back when the recall had not been implemented yet, but there were no pumps available for warranty work.
We have several pumps in stock and on order as well (no tune, Supersport, and 10mm).
Shoot us a message here or give us a call (866) 895-3833, and we will be glad to get you hooked up!

I did the swap myself.
I called and gave the requested documents and was approved for reimbursement the next day.
I am waiting on the check now.
It was straightforward.

What all did they request from you?
I went to a dealer for a printout saying the repair was done correctly, my order confirmation from DDP for the parts, and a bank statement showing the payment.
That's all they needed.
Not sure if everyone has to do the dealer thing.
The dealer I went to didn't even look at the truck.
The tech told the service desk guy "if he drove it here, it was done right" LOL.

I deposited my check yesterday for the total amount and took about a week to get it.
I repaired myself, and all I had to provide was my receipt from DDP and my credit card statement.
I purchased the pump in July and repaired it in November.
I had to call them directly as it would not go through on the website read message of death.
So what is the deal with the recall?
My local dealers are telling me there are no parts available and no fix for my 2019.
Just curious why they don’t just slap a reliable CP3 in?
They should replace the CP4 with the CP3.
Find another dealer as they are clueless.
God bless,

Actually they revised the recall and some of the 2019’s reverted back to remedy not available.
