Was honest that I did it myself as well

I tried doing it online as well, and it gave me the same red message, which doesn't make a lick of sense to me.
My swap started just after the recall came out; it was a little frustrating, but if I can get reimbursed, I guess it won't be so bad.
What day did you put in for your reimbursement?
It looks like I may have to make a phone call?
I did it a couple of weeks ago.
It is definitely worth the phone call.
When I called the lady I spoke with was very nice.

Probably what I will end up doing, part of me I guess is a little leary that they will turn me down but seeing that it has worked for a few makes me a little more at ease.
I saw the red note you got and figured I was hosed, that's why I was kinda curious how long ago you did it.
Yeah, I wouldn’t either, but it's a question that I've seen come up several times, and I know quite a few owners would like to see the answer to it.

I got the check-in hand today and took about three weeks.
I'd suggest calling up DDP and seeing what they have in stock if you go this route.
The 10mm and up are built to order, FYI.

Were you having issues or did it as a preventive measure?
My warranty had just run out, so I wasn’t going to chance it.
I plan on further mods shortly, so the 10mm made even more sense.

Well, I gave up trying to do it on the computer and called this afternoon.
Since I had done it myself, she said I would not be getting reimbursed for the labor, but I expected that anyway.
I wondered if you had got the total amount you paid for the kit?
Also, after you called them, did you get any calls asking for more verification?
I did it on the 13th of November before they announced the recall and wondered if it would not let it get through on the website.
@That_One_Person @KJC
I did end up receiving the full amount for the 10mm.
The only further contact was an email saying my claim was approved about a week after calling. @dgfunny70
