    O-ring Coolant Line - Cummins

I needed to replace a coolant line on my Cummins.

I have a kit purchased from the Dr. a while back.

The O-ring on a rear nipple will not stay in place when pushing on the new hose.

Does this O-ring need to be replaced, or am I missing something?

    See pic uploaded.

    Thank you,

    Bill

Typically this fitting is removed and replaced with a threaded to hose barb fitting included with your EGR kit.
