MM3 - Adjusting Tire Size?

I just got my MM3 a few days ago.

If I want to adjust my tire size, is that still under ECU then abs like I saw people answering in older posts?

Also, if I change the size to adjust my speedometer, will it require a whole re-flash of the ECM like I did when I first plugged this thing into the truck, or is it just like it does when I change power levels or sound files?

Ok, I think I figured it out.

It was set for 33, and I changed it to 36.50, and it said it failed.

Which scared me.

I went back and changed it to 37.00, and it said it accepted the change.

I haven’t done a test drive yet.

The speedometer was about six mph off when I changed tire size.

The speedometer app said 61 when cruise control was set to 55.
