I just had the recall completed on my 19'; I was on the list for over six months, in case anyone monitors the wait time.

Wait times are about to go a lot further out again.
Once again, we got limited to ordering one pump kit a week.
As of last week, we had 153 trucks on the wait list at the dealership I work at.
If you get a pump failure and need a whole system replacement, you bypass the list, and they bring us a kit within a week or two.

Question for you as I keep getting this P0402 code.
I changed the air filter and went away, then came back.
Cleaned MAF sensor and went away and came back.
I’m at a loss and can’t trust a dealer nearby.
Anything I can do next?

I took my 2020 for the inspection, and they said they ordered the parts for the pump replacement but had no time frame for the parts to come in.
They did do the windshield wiper recall, though
I have 2019 3500.
I purchased the pump from DDP and installed end of July 2022.
I took pictures with time stamps, submitted the reimbursement, and was denied.
FCA stated the dealer had to clear the recall, so I scheduled an appt locally, and after he looked at the recall and inspected the truck, which took 3hrs, he stated he could not help me since I purchased the parts.
At the time, there were still no parts available.
He stated he sympathized with me as they had 4 trucks on site with detrimental damage due to the CP4.
Sympathy didn't help my case, though.
This recall is a $hitshow, and if there were a class action started, I would join it.
I think FCA realized how bad this is for them, and they have tightened the belt to avoid bleeding money.
To top it off, you read where others have used dealers, and all is well.
The only option is to be at FCA's mercy and be without your truck.
Something doesn't sound right unless they tightened the strings on the reimbursement.
I installed the S&S CP3 conversion kit myself on my 2020 and only had to submit the invoice and proof of payment, no pictures or dealer inspection.
Weird.

I dropped my truck off yesterday afternoon so the dealership could start this morning on this recall.
I picked up my truck at two this afternoon; this recall was completed, and two others.
The parts for the CP3 recall were ordered back in September and came in last Thursday.
Everything is
2019 RAM MEGACAB 4X4 (AISIN) 4.10 GEARS, 6.7 CUMMINS W/ DRD BETA TUNNING, KMC XD843 GRENADE WHEELS, CUSTOM WINDOW TINT, 50 GALLON TITAN TRAVEL TREKKER, AND S&B CAI
2018 GRAND DESIGN MOMENTUM 399TH WITH FULL BODY PAINT, AND SIDE PORCH.
Has anyone had this recall done on their ram that has had "emissions improvements" done?
I am worried about having it because I am running EZ Lynk tuning.

It all depends on the dealership.
I removed my programming in the parking lot when I dropped my truck off for the recall.
When everything was completed, I also installed the updated programming in the parking lot.
So it just depends on your relationship with your dealership.

I would recommend checking with your tuner before this HPFP replacement recall.
I don’t know about EZ Lynk tuning, but other tuners have required a recovery file after this Y78 recall.
