That is the tuners Facebook that my wife just wrote a review on, and they either deleted the page or blocked both of us from it.

Very disappointed people are like that in the world.

I also want to provide the details of the place, so no one else ever gives into them again and gets scammed as I did.

The kid doesn't know my father-in-law is a retired federal agent, and he uncovered that he is a 22-year-old punk with his parent's residential address as his business address, and the phone number he gave me that we texted from was a burner phone.

Bunch of red flags, so I should be able to win the refund battle easily.

Such a pain.

On the bright side, I should have my tuner from DRD in the next day or two and get the truck back up and running.

I suppose this thread is no longer needed as I will not be using or attempting EFI Live again.

We are back up and running!

Truck accepted mm3 recovery file and then the custom tune.

I got some new codes that I hadn't seen before;

Water in fuel - drain filters: can't be true since they were changed 1k miles ago, so I assume one will go away.

Active airbox service required: see dealer (no idea).

Okay, I couldn’t find any info on that code in the Mopar Tech Authority, but I did find this information online.

Make: RAM
Code: P238D
Definition: Water In Fuel Sensor B Circuit High

Description: There are two Water-In-Fuel (WIF) sensors attached to the two fuel filters.

WIF 1 is attached to the fuel filter mounted on the engine.

WIF 2 is attached to a 2nd fuel filter that can now be found mounted to the chassis.

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) provides a 5-Volt reference signal to each WIF sensor.

When the water collected in the respective fuel filter covers the sensor probes, the sensor then pulls the 5-Volt reference voltage low, indicating high water accumulation in that fuel filter.

Starting with the 2016 Model Year, the two WIF sensors will have separate DTCs to distinguish which sensor has faulted.

Cause:
* WATER IN FUEL (WIF) SENSOR 2
* WIF SENSOR 2 SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
* WIF SENSOR 2 SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPEN/HIGH RESISTANCE
* WIF SENSOR 2 SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN/HIGH RESISTANCE
* POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

On the “Active Air Box Service Required” message, it probably needs to be recalibrated.

AlfaOBD software will perform this calibration and perform the test for 2013+ but not for 2018+.

Since you have 2018, you may need the dealership to clear it.

Hopefully, someone else will chime in with ideas.

Sounds good, maybe start by draining some fuel from that rear filter first.

Empty into a clear container and let it sit so you can see if any water is present.
