I've tried getting their contact info via service shops on carfax, dealerships, etc.. no prevail.
I did just manage to snag a picture of the ECM showing the CM, S/N, D/C, ESN, E/C, etc..
I heard that can help as well.

I found a stock file using this link: Tune File Depot (efilive.com)
I wonder if I send that to the tuning guy if he can use that, attach my VIN to it so I can load it up, and if it works, he can re-do the team using that file as a base?
The file I found matched the E/C number and CM.
The tuning guy said he would double-check the file and send me a new one to try, but now he is thinking something might be wrong with the truck.
I find that hard to believe since the truck was working perfectly fine before attempting the flash.
What would "unlock MFG key" mean?
I get that message every single time I go to do the full flash/tune.
It comes up after the "checking" screen and goes away a few seconds later.
Man, we would go with DRD and drop that system, friend, because your tuner isn't helping you and seems to have no clue what is going on.
We wish you the best,

I know it, and I tried convincing the wife, but she can't see the reason to drop $100 to get a quote that may end up being too expensive anyways.
If all of this fails, I'll be in the $1600-1700 range of swapping to another tune or system, so if you think that "might" be in DRD range, then I may be able to convince her.
Just need a working truck haha.
Well you already have it deleted and as a (Lifetime Platinum Member) you'll save 10% off and that is the range or less, but dude have your wife then fix your truck, LOL.
All good and we hope you get it figured out or you have an expensive paperweight on your hands.
God bless,

If I was you, I would just bite the bullet and get DRD’s custom tuning with the MM3.
It’s a decision you won’t regret.

Agree^^^.
If the tuner you have now didn’t get you running again, I wouldn’t throw any more money at EFI Live.
The DRD tunes and customer support are the best in the business.

My truck is currently dead due to these tuning issues and having no tune on the ECM now.
Do you think DRD would for sure be able to help me get back up and running?
