Transmission Running Hot After Revmax Cooler Bypass

    Hello guys.

I got the MM3 installed, and at the same time, I did the Revmax valve body and cooler bypass, now the transmission is running hotter than before.

210-215 in a cool day (70) driving empty, before the transmission was running around 170-180, any idea what is causing this?

    Something is def going on.

When not towing, my trans stays very cool, 165* at highest.

That's what I am trying to figure out.

Revmax valve body, OEM filter, Revmax cooler bypass, and MM3 tune by Ray at @DRD transmission was not doing that before not sure what was going on.

The top line in the bypass is really hot; the line is cool to the touch.

Yup, pretty much the same mods for me.

How many miles before you put VB in?

The transmission has been new since I got it rebuilt.

    I would say 2000 miles.

Valve body as preventative maintenance or were you having issues and thinking the vb might be the cure?
