    What Sensor Is This?

    I just did a 2nd Gen swap.

What is this sensor, and what do I need to do to make it right?

Initially had a line running from hole to factory manifold its 2011 2500.

    Sensor exhaust pressure, I believe.

If I see the picture correctly, that is located engine front on the passenger side by the lift point.

    Yes, that's where it's located.

Do I plug it or leave it alone, or make a new line to run from 2nd Gen swap manifold to that hole?

The sensor is used for the VGT. Once the VGT is removed its not needed. I dont know about your 2nd gen set up but most turbos that are used are a 1:1 ratio so back pressure monitoring isn't that big of a issue compared to a stock VGT turbo. So clean the plug and wrap it to protect it. If you want to use it , look online
2nd gen swap and exhaust pressure sensor, you can
    See what is needed.
