    Guys, they are different tuning, particularly with the 19 and newer models, as they have lower compression and bigger injectors than the standard output engine.

    However, the Aisin control module controls the shifts; nobody can tune that.

    It is finding the right HP that the trans learns and likes on its own.

    @DRD seems to tune these trucks erroring on the side of caution.

    You get great extra power, but he also has longevity, drivability, and comfortability in mind.

    I’ve had three tunes on my truck, and DRDs are the cleanest and smoothest.

    Maybe not quite the fastest, but it still keeps up with other trucks.

    I like seeing the PIDS/parameters staying in check.

    Whether it be temps, line pressure, or rail pressure.

    Even with my CP3 10mm pump on stock injectors, he tuned it just right.

    That’s precisely what I’m going for, just a deleted truck with a minor tune and drive for 250k.
