    2nd Gen Swap - 2015 Cummins RAM 2500

    Hi all,

So I am currently 2nd gen swapping my 2015 Cummins with an industrial injection s467.7 T4 1.10 kit.

I am looking to re-route the coolant lines that get in the way of everything and wonder if there is a kit I can get?

I want it to look clean.

I have looked online, and I see that some company’s make kits like full send diesel, just not for my year.

I also do not have enough experience dealing with aftermarket parts to really know what to do and what not to do.

Can someone point me in the right direction, and if you think I should do something else right now while I’m doing all of this, I’ll gladly order it and toss it on.

What I’m putting on right now as I type this LOL:

    S467.7 T4 1.10
    Fleece drop in lift pump
    Grid heater delete
    Intake horn
    Boost tubes
    Fleece pushrods
    Hamilton valve springs
    Arp 625+ head studs

Pic of the lines I want to re-route:

It doesn’t come with the coolant riser delete kit?

The industrial 2g swap kit used to come with the coolant riser pipe delete kit.

The best kit IMO is the Fleece kit.

I think it actually does, but industrial gives you ZERO instructions or diagrams to reference.

Just a giant bag of parts and zero labels.

    I’m giving up for now

Brandon, I just finished an S467 swap on mine, and I'm dealing with the same thing.

What'd you do with the coolant hose from the top of your coolant tank on the right that used to be hooked up to the top of the coolant riser?

I posted a list 2 weeks ago another fella was asking to leave the links for most of the riser delete the rest is small -AN’s that would be left at the builder's discretion.

It's still possible to piece together the Fleece kit.

Check with XDP and Fleece to put it all together.

I did it the other day, so I know it is still possible.

WC fab also makes the coolant fitting that goes in place of the standpipe.

From there, it's just plugging the head and piecing together some tees and hoses to tie back into the reservoir and heater core.

I have the Stainless Diesel reroute kit with my 2nd Gen kit if anyone is interested.

Yeah they just discontinued the “kits” separate parts are still available separately.

And as far as the WCfab fitting mentioned by @Buckmiester did they start using a new an fitting that has better clearance to the oil filter?

The fitting they had been last I’ve seen using leaves maybe 1/8 inch clearance to the oil filter.

They can’t use an oil filter band or wrench when using their fittings.
