So Dodge is telling them they checked everything that was touched.

They are saying the lift pump is what's causing the problem.

It's only delivering 441ml instead of 500+, and it's another $1700 to fix!

    Not covered by warranty.

I explain the truck ran fine when I dropped it off, I make it a mile down the road after you just did a major engine repair, and the fuel pump is to blame.

    Possible, but highly unlikely.

The service rider gives me an attitude and says either pay the $1700 + Tax or take it somewhere else, and they did nothing wrong.

I filed a case with Dodge, and the tow truck will be there tomorrow to take it to the third Dodge dealer.

Sorry to hear about your crappy experience with the dealer.

It seems more often than not, that has been my experience as well.

I'm not too fond of stepping foot inside a dealership.

All of them seem to be slimy shysters.

Put an aftermarket lift pump in the truck.

It would be better and cheaper than $1700.

Fleece lift pump seems like the route.
