I had Bilstein 5100 and switched over to 5160 with the extra reservoir made a slight difference.

You should have +5 psi on the fronts to compensate for the engine weight.
Also, depend on the load rating of the tires. gvwr is 10k for ram 2500 so you can find the lowest for your tires than +5 for the fronts.
