Tire Noise? 2017 RAM CTD - Transforce Tires

I have a 2017 Ram CTD with the stock Transforce tires. I got in it yesterday and noticed a noise coming from it that I thought might have been a bearing or something just as horrible.

Had a mechanic ride with me and he pretty much eliminated that. Also not the transmission.

I can't figure it out. After driving it home and getting on the freeway, doing just over 75 MPH, I started thinking more and more that it just might be the tires.

I've got right at 22k miles on them but they're near 4 years old.

It's like a singing noise almost like a bearing but -- It's not. I don't think it is. Did the usual rock back and forth. No change, so it's probably not a bearing. Maybe I just noticed it and it's been there all along?? Or at least for a while and I just noticed??

Anybody else run into this? I know the Firestones aren't popular and was wondering if this isn't one of the reasons why. Getting ready for 1,400 mile (one way) trip and really don't wanna be stuck on the road. Which would seriously bite

The tires actually look okay. No tread wear to get excited about. I can do 80MPH and she's solid as a rock. I hear it between 35 and 65 MPH. I think the reason I don't hear over that speed is because there's so much other noise going on. Or not. It's deleted.

    I is perplexed

I recently had a similar issue, though it was my tires.

I was running aftermarket wheels with Nitto's.

I had no play in the hub assemblies when I checked them.

I sold the wheel and tire combo and put my stock wheels back on.

I handspun my hub assemblies before putting the stocks back on, and sure enough, my passenger side bearing was rough.

Riding with my stock made it much more noticeable.

You can usually spot bad bearings/hubs by swinging side to side, thereby loading them up.

They will sound differently when loaded.

    Tried that and nothing.

That was with a Professional Diesel Mechanic in the truck with me.

OTOH, we could be missing something.

Mostly wondering if anybody else has had this problem with their Stock Firestone Tires.

Thanks for taking the time to reply
