I'm working on my brother's truck because it had a dry miss on one cylinder.

We determined that one injector #5, I think, was clogged (no surprise, really).

We re-installed all-new 100hp nozzles and his injectors after having them cleaned and nozzles professionally installed.

I forget who did it.

I can find out which company if it is necessary.

We'll know I got a new problem.

The truck won't start, I'm assuming, because of low fuel pressure, and the engine fires on one cylinder every revolution tons of smoke.

So I figure one is probably hung open.

I unplugged both injector bank plugs from the valve cover gasket, and it still fires just the same.

So I guess one is hung open, or the copper washer isn't sealing.

New washers btw old ones accounted for.

Is it possible that the washer not sealing would allow fuel to bypass?

And does anyone know a way to isolate 1 injector without sending them all off again?
