No Crank - No Turn Over - 2011 RAM 3500 DRW

2011 6.7L Cummins 3500 DRW - drove the truck last night with no issues at all.

This morning tried to crank with the keyfob in the ignition no start.

Full power throughout the truck.

I then used the remote start and cranked the truck.

I moved it about 15 feet, shut it off.

10 minutes later.

No crank, no start, won't do anything with the fob or remote start.

Still have power throughout.

The Voltage showed 12.8, hooked up to try and jump it off.

I don't hear anything when trying to start.

Any advice on where to start would be greatly appreciated.

When was the fuel filter last changed?

It could be a bad fuel pump.

It could be bad injectors.

Bad fuel.

Disconnect the fuel line and bump the starter so you can see if the fuel pump is working.

The starter isn’t turning; that’s my main issue.

The truck is not turning over at all.

It cranked once via remote start.

But will not even turn over now?

I’m heading home shortly.

I’ve left it on a charger since 8 am this morning.

I would start by load testing both batteries.

Batteries test well separately with a damn.

Could it possibly be a bad Win module?

I can’t just the starter relay or anything.

I finally got it to fire 3 times in a row with the key.

Now it’s back to not even engaging the starter.

It still sounds like it could be batteries to me.

A voltage check with a DMM does not load test the battery.

You could still have a bad cell in one or both batteries, so even trying to start with jumper cables or charger attached may not work.

I would recommend removing both batteries and have them load tested.
