My head lights turn on but when I go to flip my brights on the head lights turn completely off. Is that an electrical problem or is there a fuse somewhere under the dash not apart of the fuse box?

I've replaced the switch on dash and on my colum
It's a wiring problem then. 93 is pretty straight forward as I recall. It's been a long time. Check all the harness connectors for corrosion internally
