I’ve got a TRX on order, so I’m selling my truck or trading in.

It seems to be worth more without lift and tires.

So what’s a used kit with 25,000 miles on it worth?

2.75 front, 1 rear, track bars front and back, the front sway bar, the King steering stabilizer, King 2.5 shocks stage 3, and the boogie bump stop at the front and back.

I paid $5,500 for it a few years ago.

Is that for trade-in that it’s worth more without the lift and tires?

If that’s the case, sell it privately.

That’s a good-looking truck as it sits, and you should get a lot more selling it privately.

I don’t have any idea what a used lift kit is worth.

I would leave it on and sell the truck privately.

Another option would be to advertise the lift kit for, say, around $3,500 and see if you have any takers before returning your truck to stock and trading it.
