Just out of curiosity, how do the trans tunes differ when different transmission rebuilders such as Revmax, ATS, Monster, BD, ect?
Is it just line pressure, or does it involve shift points?

Definitely a bump inline pressure.
But for warranty purposes, the builder or company of the transmission may require different shift strategies, shift timing, and TCC lockup points.
It's always good to ask if a company requires certain tuning beforehand.

So if I have a stock transmission, is the tune in it changed at all?

Yes, with DRD, you have a different trans tune, even on stock transmission.
