Hi all.
TIA for reading and any help you can provide.
I have a 2011 RAM 2500.
Almost exactly a year ago, I swapped my stock turbo for a Fleece Cheeta.
Two weeks ago, I went running an errand, and the truck was slow to make boost, would surge, and had no exhaust brake.
I had two codes, P00AF, and P003A.
I pulled the turbo, called Fleece, and they sent me a return label.
They said that the actuator was terrible (no surprise) and that the compressor housing had a crack.
They replaced both and sent the turbo back.
After putting the turbo back in, I still had the same symptoms and a new code, P0102.
I found that I had no 12v on the middle MAF plug wire and that fuse M21 which is for ASD #3, was blown.
I replaced the M21 fuse, had 12V going to my MAF, and turbo actuator plugs again, but still the same symptoms as before.
I have a turbo-back 4inch straight pipe exhaust, safe intake, and air filter, EGR delete, Cheeta turbo, and a Mercenary Autocal from Anarchy Diesel.
I thought maybe it was the TIPM or a wire, but I have driven the truck all around town, and on the highway, a bunch the last couple of days, the codes haven't come back, the fuse is still good, but still tons of black smoke at low speed takes a long time to get up to max boost, and no exhaust brake at all.
I reflashed this morning, and with no change at all.
When I did some data logging this morning, my VGT desired and actual is 0%, but I think maybe the PID isn't reading correctly or something.
I have attached a screenshot of that.
Thanks again for all of the help.
