Is there anything wired to the truck that could be drawing too much current right after startups like an amp or trailer brake module or lights etc.?

I have a 1200 watt RMS amp in my truck, and if I cut it up loud right after startup, before the thirty seconds or so delay before I get 14 volts.

I have thrown it in battery saver mode. Just a thought, but maybe some parasitic draw can be tricking the computer.

The truck is 100% stock besides the aluminum hauler body with LED tail brake turn and reverses lights.

There is not even so much as an LED Beacon on the truck.

Both of the company 2018 have the same body as well.

The body has been isolated from this issue by unplugging it.

We have taken a thermal camera on a cold morning, below freezing, and checked the fuse box and all wiring for any wire warmer than the outside air temperature; nothing stood out to us. (Truck sat more than 15 hours before this)

Although you just made me think about the grid heater being this draw that is throwing it into battery saver..... Let me look into something on that thought pattern.

    EDIT**
I just got off the phone with the dealer, and they have 3 trucks there with this issue; one of those 2 is the identical truck to ours (besides body and gear ratio), and it has been there since before our truck went the first time.

They have put a grid heater, a PCM, an ECM, an alternator, and 2 batteries into that truck and still have the issue.

Apparently, engineering thinks it is in the cluster.

    UPDATE:

Still at the dealers, with new alternator, new engine harness new alternator harness new cluster new intelligent battery monitoring system harness, new batteries and still does it.

The Crysler care group is trying to get answers, the dealer is at a loss, and my boss just started the NJ Lemon Law paperwork.

Been at the dealer since Mar 16th.
