Slippery/ABS Light When Towing VS Traction Control/Slippery Off Button?

When towing in mud, sand, snow, or pulling on a wet surface from a dead stop, I push the gas a little bit too much esp on a hill, and my tires naturally slip a little.

My truck throws the ABS/slip light, and I can't use cruise control.

This sucks when driving my RV for 1000s of miles.

The light always goes out after I turn it on and off a few times over driving for a day or so.

Will the slippery off button stop this from happening during these expected times?

Do you always turn off the traction control when you tow?

    Thanks, guys.

I personally pulled the fuses for abs and StabiliTrak and tried not to have any nannies on when playing around.

Pressing the TC button will prevent the stability activating going straight, but it reactivates in my experience if you kick sideways.
