Well I did 3 things.
My battery terminals on driver side battery.
They were never tightened.
I believe that was the issue right there with the grounding as you said.
Second 180 deg thermostat.
Third air duct under intercooler was missing push pins.
Did new IAT on box. Don't think it was bad.
Just did a 15 mile run at 70, no issues at all.
Manifold touched 140 for 40 seconds on a pull 70-80mph. Then went right back down.
Thank you all for your help so far but still let's post our manifold temperatures anyhow.
I will update in a few days if issue is fixed permanently or not.
