I was just wondering if anyone has any good insight on it.
My last truck was a 2011 RAM 3500 that I ran EFI Live on made great power.

Personally I don't see much benefit of even messing with it.
You have a better trans in my opinion than the 68RFE, but most didn't like much more than 90 added HP.
I'm sure the CaTCHER software (box tunes) are capable of doing that, but I don't know how they run.
UDC tuning can be used from a custom tuner, I just don't know who it does it.
Couple other things to remember, if you got it used, it may need a vin licence purchased.
This tuner is not capable of doing any weight reduction programs.

Absolutely correct, I would also like to add that nobody currently offers transmission tuning for the Aisin on any platform.

I guess my post came across wrong I’m aware that there is no tuning for the Aisin as of now.
Was just wondering if anyone was running the smarty touch in a truck with the Aisin and how they liked it.
It’s a brand new unit so I won’t need to purchase VIN license.
Yeah you didn't really say what what your intentions were with the truck so I just included all things I could think of.
I don't have a touch, but I ran smarty CaTCHER software in previous trucks and it was ok.
Your just not gonna want to run the big HP tunes for 2 reasons.
One is the emissions, and the other is your trans, (all be it the better one), its happiest at 60-90 HP tops.

Ya I’ll get it loaded up sometime in the near future and let you guys know what I think. As to my plans for the truck. Not quite sure yet. Keeping it emissions intact until warranties are up then the fun begins.

Just be careful with that thought process because the touch is not untraceable in your truck, and warranty could become an issue that way too.

Does anyone know if I can just use it as gauges without it leaving its mark in the computer
