    Carli Suspension Lift - 2017 RAM 3500

Been debating on getting a suspension lift for my 2017 3500.

I just wanted a 3.5-4" and the ability to mount 37's.

Heard a lot of good things about Carli and Thuren.

For Carli, there are 3 different lift systems with lots of add-ons and options.

I have never owned a lifted truck, and it will be my first. Looking for advice, tips, pointers on which system and/or upgrades.

    TIA for any help.

    How do you drive it?

    What’s your budget?

If you want to hit curbs at 30 miles an hour, not even feel it, and be able to jump 10ft in the air, get a Carli Dominator.

If you are okay hitting curbs at 30 mph but only able to jump 5ft in the air and want a Cadillac like ride get the Carli PinTop.

Either way, get everything but the low mount stabilizer.

As for the Thuren, I have heard nothing but good things about them, I just can't speak from experience.

Oh...and either way get that second mortgage while you are at it.

The $4900 Carli PinTop, once configured will set you back $10k if you can even get the parts.

Took 6 months for mine to get delivered.

First the Sway Bars were out of stock, then they would not release the Radius Arms due to crappy machine welds, so they went back to hand welding, then the custom tuned King shocks where not showing up fast enough.

Certainly worth the wait, but still a PITA.

We're a Thuren and Carli stocking dealer and both brands are premium products.

I'm currently waiting on my King 2.5 shocks to be made as I went with a full Thuren/King suspension.

PM if you have any questions.

Thank you for all the info.

    As far as driving.

Commuter with some towing but I live up in the mountains.

Don't usually run alot of miles as I have a commuter car for that.

Just wanting to look good with a little extra lift and the brands listed I have heard ride better than stock.

Budget, well, the wifes budget and my budget probably don't align.

    Was thinking $4-5k.

Wasn't sure about what add-ons were absolutely necessary or which ones could be added at a later date.

I think the 3.25 back country is probably close to what you are looking for.

Get the radius arms and sway bars, skip the lower stabilizer, diff cover and ball joints.

    You can get those later.
