Loss Of Power - Cummins 6.7L

Loss in power.

Ok, so I'm at a loss.

I don't know what to check from here.

I have lost boost, from 62-35 psi.

When I load a new tune on the truck, it runs well with great power and a 62 psi boost.

I turn the truck off and drive again, and the truck feels as though it is going into some form of limp mode.

Low boost, bad throttle response. No check engine light!

It seems to be defueling. I still have the correct rail pressure.

The truck feels stock which sucks when you have compounds!

Sounds like a stuck open wastegate or bad turbo.

EZ LYNX with CTT tunes. 10 bar map, 410 gears.

Randy's Transmission stage 3 extreme 68RFE.

ARP625 head studs, afe turbo manifold, intake horn and IC piping. Airdog 4g165gpm.
