I have this code and realize it refers to the turbo actuator.

I also have U010E lost comms with reductant control module.

This is on a 2014 2500 deleted Cummins.

The ruck starts and immediately shuts off.

My question is, will a bad actuator cause this situation?

Most likely it's the actuator as U010C is the main code for a bad actuator.

We have the City Diesel Billet Actuator and several drop in turbo options.
