I'm surprised nobody mentioned pump LOL.
Is the reservoir full?
Might have gotten air in the system.
Just a thought.

Sounds like tires I saw you said 70% but if not rotated properly and then rotated a mild form of the death wobble appears.
Check the tires and how they are worn.
They may look okay but check depth and see if worn evenly.
Speed fixes the problem with centripetal force.
I was fighting with the steering on my 2012 a while back, and I was constantly over correcting the steering & fighting to keep the truck in a straight line.
I had already changed front ball joints (RH side lower was worn out) & also changed the front driveshaft U joints over to greaseable ones in the process.
No other issues could be seen on the front end.
Long story short, I found a bushing in the lower part of the steering column before it goes through the firewall.
It seems that this was the culprit. It must be some vibration damper but seemed to be pretty much worn out.
I made a temp fix involving some plastic tubing & tape(not ideal but..) to take out the free play in the bushing, and the steering has been great so far.
A small vid is linked, showing the lower part of the steering column.
Would it be handy to know if the issue has been fixed if the op took his truck into the dealer?
I hope this helps.

I have same issues with my 2017 RAM 3500.
Start your truck and turn steering wheel while in park if it pulses back and forth while you turn wheel and release then its not u joints alignment or tires.
I was told it's probably the steering gear box but haven't wanted to spend the money on a might fix diagnosis.
