    I'm going to lowes after class this evening to come up with parts to build me a boost leak detector.

    Trucks been low on power intermittently for a little over a year now but it's gotten progressively worse.

    Replaced the fuel filters and CCV filters regularly as long as I've owned it, but I bought it used.

    Shortly after the warranty was up I had problems with Def injectors, my local dealer fixed it relatively inexpensively.

    Since then I've had random codes about low boost and exhaust restriction.

    My truck will only build about 14 psi of boost now and my exhaust brake doesn't engage very strongly anymore.

    For now I plan to check for leaks, and then do emissions deletes.

    I want to use one of stainless intakes off of ebay that are about 90$, some race pipes, egr plates, and a MM3 from DRD.

    Later on, I want to install head studs and possibly a s400 turbo swap, but not until the need arises.

    I'm hoping that the VGT on my stock turbo isn't what is sticking.

    If it is I won't have enough funds to fix everything right now and I'll have to park the truck for a few months.

    Are you seeing any trouble codes?
