Truck Won't Start

RAM 3500 2015 dually / 3 generation turbo / revmax transmission / full D/ tuner with double r first started with the stability control light on , then check engine on , then electronic throttle control / they were on and off for days , truck was running perfect , after service trailer brake system even when i was not towing , after all the towing lights on the console were on sometimes by itself . But truck was running perfect , yesterday i got home and never started again , at the beginning i have 2 or cranks but not start , now is just a click / try to deleted the codes using the tuner and it said ecm failed to load and ask to turn key off and on and do the download again , tried like 5 times didn't work , i finally removed double R sd card and try with my original raceme and same thing happen , any suggestions , batteries are good , i checked already . Thanks
any help is really appreciated

What did your load test voltage show on your batteries when you checked each one individually?

Batteries are too weak. Either charge them with a battery charger or replace them. The electronics on our trucks need a lot of juice.

Did you do a load test and what was the results?
Even after you charged them and it shows 12.6 and 12.7, if you have a bad cell in one the load test will tell you if it’s bad or good.
If you don’t have a load tester, take the batteries out and have your local auto parts store test them for ya.
