    2017 RAM 2500 - Runnability Issue - Power

Fully deleted, MM3 Programmed, no other work done on truck, 68k current and deleted at 40k

Thanks in advance for any help.

Truck has ran flawless since delete but just developed an issue.

    I don't run it hard.

I'm having what's best described as a lag or power type loss on acceleration.

I can watch my boost gauge get up to about 3/4 and the truck moves along but you can tell it is lower in power than it clears and boost drops and I am back to full power and quick accel until I'm into the throttle a bit again.

Almost like an exhaust that restricts than is cleared if you have ever experienced anything like that.

The boost gauge is running up higher than it normally does until it clears.

I change fuel filters every 5k and usually only run on the 60hp tune.

It doesn't sound or feel like there is a miss when idling or accelerating.

    Just the reduced power.

I just got the perform service for the CCV filter but haven't had time to change it yet other than that I don't get codes.

As soon as I read 68k miles I was thinking CCV.

I'd get that taken care of first and then see. It could be restricting power.

    Re: 2017 RAM 2500 - Runnability Issue - Power

It's been cold as heck here in MN so I had to wait for a bay to open up at work because I wasn't doing it in my unheated shed at -15.

Got the CCV filter changed and I am back to normal.

Really appreciate the replies and help.

This is my first diesel and things are different.

    Thanks again!
