As time goes on and your fuel pump gets weaker it'll become harder for it to push fuel through 3 filters.

The OEM pump is weak on a brand new truck, like 3-6 psi at WOT weak.

IMO it's potentially playing with fire but then again, it's only my opinion.

It makes sense. Out of curiosity how much to get the fleece delete and big hose kit?

The WS 1212 does that spin on the factory fuel mount?

Sorry I thought I said that I have the black market performance fuel system. My truck has all been changed from stock to run better Filtration at a cheaper cost per filter.

I know for a fact I’m sitting a little over 30K on the filter under the hood.

Great idea, please keep us posted with your amp readings.

It would also be nice nice to know the difference in amperage between two filters vs three.

Yes I still do - with the filters I listed within my first post.

Note: Before I purchased the Dieselfilter kit - I did some research (Legwork) & witnessed a few posts of owners who installed this same kit - but using the White Series Donaldson filters along with non-OEM front filter & water separator - while still keeping on the stock OEM fuel pump in the tank.
Now this set up was used on 3 of his Hot Shot 6.7L Rams - All of his 6.7L had well over 100K miles (With the kits installed) with zero issues (Granted I am smart enough to understand - this is just 1 report) but my mind tells me these 3 Rams are not driven gentle - basically abused every time they are driven.

He did report that his company buys Opti-Lube XPD in bulk & uses this product in practically every fill-up & rear auxiliary fuel tank - I personally feel with the added Lubricity added - this could possibly benefit the Fuel Pumps Longevity.

EDIT: Going back and reading his report - These 3- 6.7L were ALL in stock form (Emissions all in tact)

I do feel as long as a TRUE/Actual 3-4 um Absolute @ 99% filter is used inline - the front filter delete is a good plan or mod.
I'm still open to this idea/mod!

SyN Disclaimer: The Post above contains only my Personal Thoughts & Opinions - along with a truthful researched report.

This is the kit I use. I still use the stock water separator and also the filter under hood. I’m interested in the kit you have to get rid of the stock separator and go with a better cheaper option. Do you have a link to the kit you have?
