    Vibration Issues

Has anyone has issues with their truck vibrating after installing a tuner?

Have MM3 installed yesterday and now the truck vibrates.

It’s not all the time just certain times, pressing the brakes, a slow roll in drive.

Non of that was going on before the tune.

    New exhaust also installed?

Sounds like it may be rubbing.

Yes 5inch exhaust from turbo back. It was a tight squeeze and it was just about touching the frame after install. But don’t know how I would go about fixing that?

My 2019 does the same thing after I installed the tune.

In the park it is fine but once I shift to drive and left off the brake (slow roll) I have a vibration but as soon as I give it throttle it goes away. It only does it until the truck is warmed up.

    I have a 4" exhaust.

With the Revmax valve body, and I did it all at the same time.

I have not looked around yet to try and pinpoint the area it is coming from, but from the inside of the truck, the kit sounds like it is around the dash area.

Yes mine is pretty much the same thing.

I’ll stop at a light and I can feel it vibrate but as soon as I drive off it’s fine.

I think I’ll look under and see if I can get a feel for where it’s hitting.

If you have a welder handy try to putting some tack welds on the exhaust if you’re just using clamps.

If you find the issue please post.

I am curious to what it might be.

    Thanks

Ya I may try some tach welds and I’ll post a picture to this thread if I find the issue.

Thank you for the help everyone.
