I’ve dealt with Fields in Asheville a couple times and they are the worst service department ever!!

I will never take anything to them ever again.

If I need any kind of warranty work done I take my truck to Friendship Dodge in Bristol, Tennessee.

I hate this happened to you and hope someone can help you out.

Ya I had no idea I basically coasted to there dealership as I lost first and second gear at almost midnight with my wife when the transmission let go two months ago.

That’s how long they have had it made it to almost Bristol from there.

Crazy to me they even didn’t say anything to me about a tune or deleted nothing.

Thank you I hope so too.

Just for my kids sake like to have a plan in place.

There was a tune in my truck that’s been there for along time.

I don’t have a tuner that was put in a while ago.

The dealer installed a stage 3 Suncoast trans last week and reflashed my ECM which deleted my tune.

I have DEF/EGR/DPF deleted.

The def fluid is reading 80 miles till limp mode and I don’t have a tune to reprogram it.

I am willing to pay someone to come here either I’ll buy their tuner off them or I’ll pay for them to program a tune in my truck so I can go home.

RAM dealer is no help after they deleted it and I’m basically in a pickle. Can anyone help me ASAP?

I just wanted to give you folks an update ..... as a fellow member on here I give them great thanks. I have made it home safe and sound for Xmas as my family can spend the holidays not split apart over a foolish truck. Thanks again guys for all the help tips and advise. Merry Christmas to all you folks and your families.
