Also, is this guy on the intake elbow/horn the same sensor that's on the cold air intake?

Plug the sensor in on the intake manifold!! LOL It's your map sensor and it needs to be plugged in.

LOL it was I had just unplugged it and the light bulbs went off - they look the same.

Not sure, they're different part numbers with different costs.
I'd load test and trickle charge the batteries before I went to swapping sensors out.
