    Wehrli Intake and P0111 Code

Just installed a wehrli fab 4" intake. I still have the stock turbo.

Today while driving on the highway in 20 degree weather I got a p0111 code.

No loss of power. No black smoke.

    No limp mode.

    Everything is normal.

    18 2500 fully deleted.

I used to have a s&b intake on it before this one.

I did not reupload the tunes (Hpp tunes from back in the day, worked with the s&b).

Do I need to reload the tunes or?

    Help?

IAT sensor in intake is either not plugged in or probably bad most likely.

I rechecked the plug, it's firmly plugged in. I was driving 45 mins on the highway at 8am. Truck cooled down and drove again at 2pm that's when code appeared.

Also, side question... I may or may not have broke the latch clip on the maf sensor when I was disconnecting it - cold, plastic, and I'm a bull in a china shop. I jerry rigged it for now to stay plugged in and is doing great. How difficult is it to replace the connector, is it possible?

I've seen them go bad with dirty air filters and the use of over oiled filters.
    It's easy and like $70.

LOL well the filter I replaced was, uh, embarrassingly dirty.

I've found the pig tail connectors. Can I just pop the pins out of the old connector and replace with new connector?

Bear with me here, I'm not mechanically inclined...

The intake air temp sensor is the smaller sensor on the intake tube and not located on the intake horn?

Yes. Intake manifold is the map sensor.
