    If your blue fuel line goes straight to CP3 the canister won’t fill since it would be bypassed.

    Yea I bypassed it then. I mean have I not cranked it long enough I tried it for probably a total of 2 hours and no fire

    Something has to be out with the pump.

    To recap- you had a pressure gauge on the pump/just up stream and it is at 15psi?

    When the feed line is off the back of the CP3 there is strong flow coming out there?

    Yes then coming out of the CP3 is just a trickle.

    have you unplugged FCA with everything hooked up?

    I wonder if its an ECM issue then

    Whatever tuning you’re running I would try and reflash/reload it.

    Make sure batteries are on charge since they’ve been cranking.

    Well it’s been a few because I’ve been at work nonstop but got my CP3 back they said it passed their tests I threw it back on cranked for about 30 seconds and was getting a tiny haze out the exhaust but still not building enough rail pressure the most I got was 57 PSI I have no leaks and the lift pump is pump plenty to the CP3
