no trust me about going cheap and trying to save some money. Everytime ive done this its always fkd me literally waste more time chasing down gremlins than working. When it comes to big stuff I just bite the bullet and buy the good stuff that cost $$$. I really started to live my life by this following quote, it stings but its so true....

Benjamin Franklin — 'The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.'

I would also call Clayton at DDP and get the SS CP3 unit and be done. I did mine in one day, pretty straight forward and everything went in perfect.

Well now I got a stock CP3 and another from II and they are non returnable so I guess I threw money down the drain unless warranty fixes it

There has to be some type of electronic component since the FCA dictates desired pressure.

I gave it another go and got a lil flow coming out of the CP3 so I hooked it to the rail and cracked fuel line number one and had someone crank it and it pushed some air bubbles out and some fuel but not a lot of pressure.

Is there better flow coming to the pump than out of the pump?

Be careful cracking the lines- there’s a lot of pressure that should be coming through there so you will not only make a mess in a hurry but could get hurt by the pressurized fuel.
