    If you unplug the FCA it should command it wide open

    If you can get a fuel pressure gauge from your local auto store- Fass has a 1/8npt port on it which you can hook a gauge to, you should confirm you’re making 16+ psi at the pump. If yes then your CP3 is definitely the issue and you’ll need to get in touch with II
