    Intake Elbow

    Hey everyone.

My 2015 is tuned and deleted but all the emissions bs is still on there.

I have an aftermarket intake horn already but what else is needed to remove all the EGR stuff?

You need a EGR cooler upgrade kit.

    Like this one or similar.

Ok I thought so. Is the throttle valve delete needed also?

My understanding is no - its inactivated by the tunes.

I ripped all my stuff out and went with a new intake horn.

@Shusaim is correct. The aftermarket intake horn will replace the tv so it should be gone already. It is disabled when tuned

AK Bob - any idea if that same EGR delete will fit a 2021?

    I imagine it should?

Please correct me if I'm wrong. In my past life before this forum, i was told that the TV should be gutted or removed if the EGR is not in play. As it was explained to me, w/o the EGR the butterfly could close inside the TV and eliminate your cold side air from the intercooler...IDK so please clear this up for our benefit. Thx Bob and all else.

You are correct, although the possibility is slim I would definitely recommend eliminating it.
