Also DRD programs the DEF to show full all the time.

I personally like that feature. Call me OCD but looking at a half or empty gauge bothers the crap out of me. LOL

Make sure you drain all that DEF out of the tank and flush it good to keep it from crystallizing.

Unless the DEF tank on the 2020 is different from earlier models the easiest way to empty is to disconnect the fill hose where it connects to the DEF tank and siphon the fluid from it.

Then fill the tank with distilled water and siphon again.

The other option is to remove the DEF pump from the bottom of the tank.

Do not attempt to siphon from the fill neck next to the diesel tank fill.

Hope this helps perhaps someone with a 2020 will confirm.
