68RFE Performance Overhaul

Who makes the best master overhaul kit for a 68RFE?

Not looking to go past 550 hp.

Noticed Revmax makes one but doesn’t say what horsepower it’s rated at.

And also where is the best place to buy a kit from?

Any help would be appreciated.

I use oem borgwarner in od and Ud with added clutchs.

Alto g3 in 2c and 4c with added clutch’s in each pack

And oem borgwarner or raybesto red in low reverse.

It’s not so much the clutch pack that determine hp rating there’s hard parts as well that need upgraded with different hp levels.

For 550hp stock build with added clutch packs in od section will work just fine. Maybe get a sonnax drum if you really push the truck.
