    12V Into The 12.0s?

    Considering keeping my 4wd ‘98 12 valve after I rebuild the transmission for a mild race truck.

    What would I need to make it run 12.0s or close?

    Right now it just has a ground fuel plate, 4K springs, afc mods and a 4” exhaust.

    It already has some trans goodies like a billet converter, and I’d add a billet input shaft.

    I haven’t built one yet but my understanding is it’s pretty easy just add fuel and air. 63mm ish turbo, lift pump, and injectors to light it and you’d be in good shape.

    Some good injectors in the 150-200 hp range and a 63/68, 64/71, or 62/73 turbo should get you close.

    Tuning will be a big key in spool up and the converter being set up.

    I’d probably look into the AFC spring kit as well.

    I’ll try throwing dolla bills into the intake and see if it makes the magic happen.
