WTB: Quality EGR Delete and Grid Heater Delete

Seems impossible to find a good EGR Delete now.

Also, want a good grid heater delete to use with the stock intake.

I’m sure some others may disagree but most of what I’ve read.

A grid heater delete does little to effect the flow rate

I agree with your conclusion assuming the original grid heater is clean and soot free.

Other reasons for deleting it could be to eliminate the killer bolt and maximum flow with high HP applications.

    Just my thoughts.

Depends on how many miles are on the engine with the EGR functioning.

If the truck is 100K with EGR operating, that grid heather is plugged with carbon.

If you don't live anywhere, or have any intentions of traveling to, a place where it gets well below 0, a grid heater is not necessary.

I purchased most of my stuff from eBay, EGR, Throttle Valve and exhaust pipes, $220.

Grid heater delete plate (billet aluminum) eBay $65.

New intake horn and heater delete plate gaskets from Geno's Garage (Can't remember the cost )but was a good price.

I needed to modify the exhaust block off plates by adding a better quality gasket and a flat washer to the top side to prevent the nut from bottoming out on the shoulder of the stud. All works great!
